Visitors: Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
Affiliates & Purchasers: You must explicitly agree by checking the "I Agree" box before completing registration, purchasing a Product, or joining our affiliate program.
If you are joining the affiliate program, you are also subject to our Affiliate Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
You may not access or use our Services from any country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions.
By using the Services, you represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any prohibited jurisdiction.
Account Requirement: An account is required to access paid Products. If you are purchasing a Product as a gift, you may checkout with only the recipient's email address without creating an account.
Information Required: Full name, valid e-mail, and password.
Two-Factor Authentication: Every login requires a one-time code sent to your verified email.
Checkout-Only Accounts: If you create an account at checkout but do not (a) complete a purchase, (b) join the affiliate program, or (c) log out and log back in via OTP within 24 hours, your account will be deleted.
Password Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activities under your account.
No Sharing: Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
Fees: Quoted in U.S. Dollars, exclusive of taxes.
Payment Methods: One-time payments via credit cards through Stripe. Affiliate commissions are paid through PayPal.
Authorization: By providing payment details, you authorize HyperPwn LLC (or its payment processor) to charge your selected payment method one time for the purchase amount.
No Recurring Billing: We do not offer subscriptions or automatic renewals.
Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
E-Books: No refunds once downloaded.
Courses: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of enrollment. No refunds if more than three (3) lessons have been viewed.
Refund Requests: Must be sent from the same email address associated with your account to support@hyperpwn.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
Refund Abuse: We may deny refunds if you abuse the policy (e.g., consuming substantial content).
Limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use.
No reproduction, distribution, public performance, or creation of derivative works is allowed.
Ownership: You retain ownership of submissions.
License: You grant HyperPwn LLC a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your submissions. You also grant permission for your submissions to be shared across social media by us and other users.
You agree not to:
Engage in illegal activity.
Harass, threaten, or bully others.
Reverse engineer or hack systems.
Scrape, data-mine, or use bots.
Circumvent DRM protections.
Send spam or unsolicited marketing.
Impersonate others.
Upload harmful, explicit, or infringing content.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

Services and Products are provided "AS IS."
No implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, accuracy, or non-infringement.
Cap: Maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Exclusions: No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify HyperPwn LLC and its officers, directors, employees, licensors, and agents against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services.
You may not use the Services in violation of U.S. export laws. Access from OFAC-sanctioned jurisdictions is prohibited.
We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms. Provisions on Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitations of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and Miscellaneous survive termination.
Informal Negotiation first.
Binding Arbitration in Wyoming, U.S. under AAA rules if unresolved.
Class Action Waiver: You waive participation in class or representative actions.
Time Limit: Claims must be filed within four (4) months.
Governing law is Wyoming, USA. Courts in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes not subject to arbitration.
You: Cannot assign rights or obligations without written consent.
We: May assign at our discretion.
Only you and HyperPwn LLC have rights under these Terms.
You consent to receiving communications electronically, which are legally binding.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect the rest.
Force Majeure: Not liable for events beyond our control.
No Waiver: Failure to enforce rights is not a waiver.
Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the full agreement.
